Service Not as Expected
In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the service. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Warranty Claims

In case of any refunds approved by Enthyuzm, the following timeline applies:
- Refund Approval: Within 7-14 business days from request validation
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days to reflect in customer's account after approval
- Debit Card Refunds: 7-10 business days to reflect in customer's account after approval
- Net Banking Refunds: 7-10 business days to reflect in customer's account after approval
- UPI/Wallet Refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in customer's account after approval
- Maximum Timeline: Refunds will be credited within 14-21 business days from the date of approval
Refund Guarantee
Enthyuzm guarantees that all approved refunds will be credited back to the customer's original payment method within the specified timeframes. If you don't receive your refund within the mentioned period, please contact our customer support immediately.
